Physically, deposits are held in two monitored vaults with controlled access at both sites. Digitally, deposits are encrypted and access is restricted and logged. Together they keep the chain of custody on your deposit intact from the day it arrives.

What happens if one storage site fails?

The second site carries the deposit. Because the two vaults are geographically separated and hold replicated copies, a disaster that takes out one building or one region leaves the other copy recoverable. That is the point of storing in two places rather than one.

Who can access my deposit?

Access is restricted and controlled. Your deposit is held by EscrowTech as a neutral third party and released only on the conditions written into your agreement, not on request. Access is logged, so who touched a deposit and when stays part of the record.
