ABOUT IP AUDIT TRAILS

IP Audit Trails

INSPECTION FEES

$295 per Inspection. Plus $125 per hour for an EscrowTech representative attending.

UPDATES

$90 for each extra deposit. Extra deposits exceed the number of deposits that the Owner is entitled to make for the Annual Fee.

RELEASE FEES

$295 per release of Deposit Materials.

SETUP FEE

One time setup fee of $995.

GUARANTEE

During the first year of your first escrow, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may terminate the escrow. You will receive a full refund of the escrow fees you paid. See the “Satisfaction Guarantee” in the Agreement.

VAULT SPACE

Fees include two cubic ft. for storage of Deposit Materials. If more space is needed, then the “Excess Storage Charge” is $70 per year per cubic ft. in excess of two cubic ft.
