Electronic Deposit Submissions
EscrowTech provides an anonymous FTP site to enable our customers to electronically submit their files for deposit with EscrowTech. FTP is used instead of E-mail due to E-mail systems frequently limiting the size of files that can be sent (1 - 10 MBytes).

Electronic deposits must comply with the following:
- A minimal number of files are to be uploaded. Accomplish this by submitting your files in an archive format such as "zip" or "tar".
- Each file should not exceed 500 MB.
- It is recommended to encrypt your file(s) prior to uploading. This will protect your data while it is being transmitted over the internet. We recommend using the PGP encryption program. If you need to use a different encryption program, please contact EscrowTech for coordination and approval. Please follow these instructions to properly encrypt your Electronic Deposit.
- Download the Electronic Deposit Inventory Form. Fill in the requested information about the electronic deposit, sign the form, then mail, email, or fax the completed form back to EscrowTech. This form is the "Owners" signed certification that the items submitted are to be deposited with EscrowTech to be held in accordance with the Software Escrow Agreement.
- Promptly notify EscrowTech by using this Electronic Deposit Notification Form.
EscrowTech will remove your files from the FTP site, de-crypt the files, then write the files to media for archival storage.
