EscrowTech Influences Software Escrow Industry in Korea:
November 2008 – EscrowTech has been formally invited to the “Global Network Forum for Technology Escrow 2008” conference in Korea, hosted by the Business Cooperation Foundation. Jorge Sagastume, Vice President of EscrowTech, will be speaking on a panel for the conference. Mr. Sagastume will be advising those in attendance on the Best Practices of Software and Technology Escrows.
RealTime Escrow – Online Access – Now Available for Clients:
October 2008 - EscrowTech has launched RealTime Escrow. Since 1992 EscrowTech has been protecting thousands of clients all over the world. In order to offer our clients a premier service EscrowTech has created a secure web portal where clients can manage their escrow account at anytime or location in the world. As a client of EscrowTech you will be able to do the following:
- View Status Reports for any account. This includes a history of deposits for your account.
- Add beneficiaries to your account.
- Submit deposits online to your account.
- View and Pay outstanding balance.
- Set up new agreements.
- View signed agreements and forms.
- View “Confirmation of Receipt of Deposits.”
- Submit updated Contact info for any account.
Construction Begins for EscrowTech’s New Headquarters:
October 2008 – EscrowTech has officially began construction on its new headquarters in Lehi, Utah. It is anticipated the building will be finished late September of 2009.
Land Purchased for EscrowTech’s New Headquarters:
April 2008 – The owner of EscrowTech has purchased the land and has received all site plan approvals from the city of Lehi.
EscrowTech’s Plans for New Headquarters:
October 2007 – The owner of EscrowTech has decided to build new Headquarters for EscrowTech. The planned location of the building will be in Lehi, Utah. The site is located right next to Thanksgiving Point. Thanksgiving point is a new business community that is half way between Salt Lake City and Provo. This location is great to service both areas’ clients. Also the innovative owner of the Utah Flash, Brandt Anderson, has already began a future project right next to future home of EscrowTech. This project has been designed by the world famous architect Frank Gehry. This project will include a five star hotel, Flash’s basketball arena, man-made wakeboarding lake, high-end condos and shopping, and much more. EscrowTech is very excited to be a part of this future community. This community has the same envisioned spirit of EscrowTech. We look forward to new and better improved facility. This building will be a data center just like EscrowTech’s current facilities. The building will contain a private vault that is bigger and better then EscrowTech’s current vault.
EscrowTech Expands Into India:
February 2005 – EscrowTech India is formed. EscrowTech has officially opened offices in India through a joint Venture with Global Business Solutions. Jon Christiansen, Senior Vice President of EscrowTech, stated ““EscrowTech International is very pleased that GBS has agreed to team with us on this new venture.
