No Setup Fees

We don't charge you for deciding to do business with us. In a industry where setup fees can often exceed $1000 this is a significant discount that EscrowTech provides to its clients.

In addition, our standard escrow agreements allow up to four updates per year at no extra charge. You may update the escrow as frequently as you like. There will be no additional charge for the first four updates each year. There is a nominal charge for further updates.

EscrowTech's Fees are "Locked" for three years. You get a three year guarantee against increases on fees for escrows, archives, and audit trail services. Any increases after three years must be reasonable. Predictable, fair and no unpleasant surprises!

"Two Site" Storage of Deposit Materials at No Extra Charge

EscrowTech stores all Deposit Materials at two locations.

First Site:
For immediate "on site" access, the primary set of Deposit Materials is stored in EscrowTech's electronically monitored storage facility within the Data Center Building.

Second Site:
For back-up and retention security purposes, an "off site" set of Deposit Materials is stored within the Perpetual Storage Vault.

Secure Facilities

Both the Data Center Building and Perpetual Storage Vault have security guards, security cameras and fire suppression equipment. Compare our "state of the art" facilities to those of any of our competitors. These facilities are located in "low profile" geographic areas considered to be relatively safe from terrorism and similar catastrophe.

Standard Inspection and Physical Audit at No Extra Charge

When Deposit Materials are received, an EscrowTech deposit specialist conducts an inspection and physical audit in accordance with EscrowTech's proprietary procedures and checklist. Discovered discrepancies are reported in writing for correction.

Satisfaction Guarantee for Escrows

During the first year of your first escrow, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may terminate the escrow and receive a full refund of the escrow fees paid by you. See the "Satisfaction Guarantee" in the Escrow Agreement.
